Last night it looked as though TJ couldve returned if the Heat lacked the depth they lacked some weeks ago. Our depth is the reason I mostly think TJ was held out the rest of game last night - just precaution with him.
As for Ellington, that seems like it could be an issue for a couple games - hope not.
So, Lonzo Ball will start tonight - nothing against the kid but I think the scrutiny he gets is fueled by peoples strong dislike towards his father -- such is the case for me.
I hope tonight the Heat do to Lonzo what they did to Jeremy Lin some years back -- kill the SportsHoopla once and for all. Not only do I hope the Heat get their head out of their ass and blowout the LA Fakers, but also that we force Lonzo into at least 5+ turnovers -- and hopefully Wade wont try so hard to match him in that regard.
Per Ira Winderman, Heat going with Justise Winslow at SF where he is better suited to play - Same goes for Richardson and SG. K.O. starting along with Hassan and Goran
I would hope if Hassan doesnt play the rest of the night or not much of the rest of the night, the Hassan bandwagon will be willing to give the credit to Bam as opposed to blaming Spo... wont hold my breath
Heat up by 3 after 1 but they have to settle the pace down for their own good
-11 at the half for Heat after giving up 73 points
Randle having his way, of course.
Not a high number of turnovers actually -- but still, too many 3's taken over FTs attempted
No signs of life on either end for the Heat
This will either stay a blow out or just be one of those the Heat simply wont have enough in at the end considering the early deficit -- unless there is a miracle -- whatever it takes to not have another game come down to the wire I guess
Especially with certain players on the court/roster, the Heat seem to always want to win games with minimal effort - they have to get their head out of their ass after this timeout and realize the effort level necessary to attempt a comeback and win this game
This team is so inconsistent and mediocre. Some awful losses at home against the worst teams in the league. Another embarrassing home loss. Glad to see Spolestra had them ready to play hard at home after winning two in a row. They did not show up and did not play defense.
