We actually been playing better at home for a little while now.

We won 5 of 6 at home now.

Beat Portland and we may be on a nice 3 game winning streak heading to OKC on Sunday.

I always like to keep things in perspective, its something this fan base lacks , especially on this board - while they are in better shape than the Heat - The San Antonio Spurs, the NBA champs, are 41-24 and currently the 6th seed out west only 5 games ahead of the 8th seed and 6 games from 9th

Whiteside worked after practice on full court outlets.

Spoelstra indicated Beasley will be signed for balance of season. Wednesday.

With Charlotte losing again last night & with indy having a tough road game in Chicago & Boston playing in OKC we can likely be in 7th all alone at the end of the night.

Boston next 2 games are @ OKC & SAS so if we're able to win tonight & against Denver, we can gain some separation from them

Last time we played Portland we were fairly healthy minus McRoberts, and we lost by 16 - Given our current health situation at this point in the season it would be wise to prepare for another loss by 16 or worse - hope I am wrong, but unlikely. Also, after over-achieving vs the Cavs the other night - I think its safe to expect another underwhelming performance tonight from the Heat and then bounce back vs Denver - the fact that its a home game always brings little optimism

My dislike for Beas during his first stint with the heat was no secret - but he has made one heck of a comeback ever since. Just another guy added to the team this season that makes you want to root for him
