Meriweather questionable for opener

I dont want him out there if he isnt healthy....However...questionable on thursday for a Monday home game.....a LONG time to get better...Thats alot of trainer time and alot of healing time....

It will be like this all year. Safety is again going to be our achilles heel this year.

I'm a fat out of shape white guy, well, actually I look pretty damn good, but nevertheless, my point is I am in better shape than this guy obviously. He's been injured since we signed him and if he aint getting re-injured standing alone in the endzone he's getting injured on any given play. I have NO faith that this guy will ever amount to anything in his NFL career at this point. We get excited when reports say he'll play but the truth is we really are getting excited for his one play only before he goes down again. Whats the oint wishful thinking he will help us this year. Thank God we can win the east without him.
