You seem angry. Miserable, even.

Somehow, I don’t see Melo and Lebron being a match made in L.A.

If LeBron wanted to be teammates w/ Melo it would have happened when he was in Cleveland. I agree that Melo in L.A. wouldn't be a good idea.

No team makes sense for Carmelo... he's simply not a winning player.

But if anyone is gonna pick him up.... Oklahoma City, maybe?

Philly just lost Saric.

The Wiz might just be desperate enough to try anything.

San Antonio could use an upgrade in their frontcourt next to Aldridge... (not sure that Melo represents that, though)

1) Houston lets go their defensive guru coach.

2) Houston lets got of their two best defenders and team glue leadership guys.

3) Chris Paul looks like father time caught up to him rapidly. He looks slow on defense and cannot get clean looks.
There seems to be no gentle Tim Duncan/Kareem slow decline.

4) Eric Gordon cannot throw the ball in the ocean with career low shooting numbers.

But, hey lets blame it all on the backup power forward and once he is gone, everything will be okay.

Denial is a river in Egypt.

He needs to go to the Wizards. The NBA needs this to happen. We need this to happen. It'll be the best thing since McGee/Swaggy/Arenas/Blatche days.

Has there ever been a worse so-called "superstar"? I mean, he was "leading" teams that missed the playoffs in the early 2010s east.

^^^This^^^

He will very likely make the Hall of Fame because of the numbers he has put up. But he will never be remembered as a "true hall of famer".

His problem was that he was always about his own numbers and getting paid than he was about winning. When he was younger, he had opportunities to go to teams where he could have possibly won a ring or at least made deep playoff runs, but he chose stats and money every time.

did it to himself

His biggest mistake was pushing for the Knicks trade. Well, we can blame his wife for that one. Melo was expected to salvage an old, bloated franchise while playing inside a D'Antoni offense that was perhaps the worst-case scenario for him.

They let anyone with a defensive mindset leave. Melo isn't helping, but he's not the reason (or a jinx). Getting Melo was a desperation move after a terrible offseason.
