I think the two starting QB's and Chris Long would have something to say about that team being healthy.

On the surface it seems like Seattle suffers the biggest loss here but we will see how we replace Mebane. The Cards have proven they can win without Palmer as Stanton is a viable option. The Niners have had that Borland kid step in decently and have Smith coming back and possibly Bowman soon after.

I wouldn't call the Rams a healthy team. They have been as racked with injuries as anyone in the NFCW. I think they have a recent thread on their board that lists the crazy amount of injuries they have had this season.

He's a good player. He spent a lot of time as the anchor for bad defenses. Yeah, he's older now, but he looked to have fresh legs on Sunday against the Giants.

Mebane got hurt in the first half of the Giants game, seems to me the Seahawks did OK without him. Of course the teams coming up are better then the Giants so, I guess we'll see how it goes.
Kevin Williams, Tony McDaniel, and Jordan Hill and Bennett should be able to get the job done IMO.
