I have a man crush on that guy. I love when he talks about "football players." Not everyone has ideal size or ideal speed, sometimes they can just play the game.

Love that he doesn't want to go crazy in FA. It's the little Dutch Boy approach. Fill a hole for the short term but don't make it your life blood.

Some folks draft better than others but it is still a crap shoot. Better to have a lot of picks because that is how you will find some football players.
