McCoy to the rescue

I give a lot of credit for making the switch to Gruden. McCoy is a nfl vet and I am not surprise that he played well. On the flip side Gruden called his worst game. The play calling was absolutely dreadful against a bad team. I hope we stick with McCoy until RG3 comes back. He can win in the NFL. As far as Cousins, his confidence is shaken and is a turnover machine. His trade value just plummeted.

We actually got out first break this year on the ST fumble by Ten. But again red zone play calling was terrible.

dean, dad is right. you really need to temper your proclamations about players, both positive and negative. the fact is that colt is anything but a proven winner in the nfl. He failed so poorly in Cleveland that the only job he could get was as a 3rd string QB on one of the worst teams in the NFL. Done be fooled by his performance today. It was against maybe the worst team. Colt will show his true colors if he has to play again.

read the tea leaves dean , the skins arent trading KC and he wont bring us much in value . you dont give up on him while he is learning . if that 4th round pick becomes a decent BU then it was a good pick

we should resist the urge to bring in Rg3 until we know he is his old self . that led to last years debacle

make sure he is 100% and then get him some snaps the rest of the year and work toward next season

I agree if RG3 isn't ready he shouldn't be rushed back but I cant see how McCoy wouldn't get the start vs Dallas. Cousins had a chance to be the guy here and he didnt perform well at all. If somehow we get offered a 3rd for him in the offseason the Skins would take it.

I agree! After what I saw in those last three out of four drives to close out the Cardinals game, last week, I had enough of KC with his INTs. Then, he threw another one, today. I mean, how much more can Jay Gruden take. He had to make a change. Period.

Would definitely play Colt until RG3 proves he is really healthy and ready. Cousins turns it over too much right now. We don't need to try and give him experience right now when were trying to win games and hes our backup in the first place.

Jay Gruden wouldn't commit to a starting QB for next week. Did say he was happy with how McCoy protected the football.

Personally, I'm going to be really pissed if Griff plays against the Cowboys on Mon Night. I don't even want to think about him playing until after the bye at the earliest.
