You can see why Shady got dealt. He wants special treatment. Chip was having none of it.

Quit Crying McCoy. If I were coach I would have traded you too. You cant pick up 1 yard when we need it. Many many times all year you could not do it. Too much dancing around. You are a very good player but it wont get the Eagles to the next level. Lets see what Murray does. So just shut up and move on.

I can understand being bitter about being traded from the team that drafted you and you spent the first 6 years with a lot of success, but move on already.

I've been to Buffalo several times, not a place I'd want to live but a great football town. He got a new contract and is going to be the centrepiece of their offense. What's the problem? Why does he care what Chip Kelly likes or doesn't like at this point?

It just seems like since his departure he has had a lot to say. I definitely understand that it is human nature after you are let go but a more professional answer would just be to say that he is now focusing on his new team and situation. Again, as I said, even Desean Jackson who was let go (for still unexplained reasons) seemed to come to grips and move on without continually talking about the Eagles. I wish nothing but the best for LeSean, but he really needs to move on.

This is why I now think Shady is a whiny bitch and I am glad he is gone. I admit I was stunned that he was traded. I never saw it coming but I understand the move because he is not the kind of back that CK wants. The fact that he wants stars treated a certain way tells a lot. The best coaches know how to treat stars but they do not do so at the expense of alienating the rest of the team.

There are plenty of "star" players in pro sports who do not need to draw attention to themselves, and it's usually those ones who end up winning or doing anything significant in their respective careers.

If your own mother nicknames you "Shady" as a child, then there must be something to it.

Can't wait to see how productive he is dancing around on a frozen Buffalo field. IMO a stupid signing by Buffalo who needed more of a Murray/Gore RB.

I wouldn't be surprised if he statiscally did better than Murray this year, only because Murray will share his workload more here. Maybe it's just me but I don't think the cold weather will bother him much, he played here in the Snow Bowl and was spectacular. But if Rex is going to make him carry 350+ times, then he isn't built for that. Should be interesting, and because I live in Toronto they carry all of their games on TV locally so I'll be watching him a lot in the coming season.

Do you really think Buffalo and Philly are that different in climate?

Heck yeah! When it snows here, the temp is about 30 degrees. In Buffalo, it's around Zero. Take that - Shady!
He shows a total lack of class. Also, most of us knew that he was trade bait. Shady even knew it himself, and told many reporters that. The Bills are the ones who leaked the story before Chip could call Shady. Now, he is going to be the guest on PFT tomorrow, and he'll undoubtedly spew the same trash again. Just go away! Please!

Buffalo's OL isn't as good as he had here ... I think he struggles if he uses the same running style he had here. I wouldn't be shocked if he doesn't average over 4 ypc.

As far as the Bills "leaking" the story, they announced it when it was agreed upon. There are plenty of articles about how quickly the deal went down.

It's not 0 when it snows in Buffalo, that's a gross exaggeration. Winter monthly averages are in the low 30s.

Yes I do. Buffalo averages over 93 inches of snow each year. Philly averages less than 45 inches. Ask someone from Buffalo if it is a lot colder there. (It is).

And a lesser OLine and a weaker pass attack.

The winters in Buffalo are retarded. I'm in Toronto and we don't get half the punishment they seem to get every year. They get all that lake effect snow.

Rex is going to run him into the ground, should be interesting when December hits what shape he'll be in running in those temps and snow. He's really going to earn that new contract with Cassel and Manuel at QB.

Snow is removable. I live in Rochester, basically the same weather (a little less snow). This year was ridiculously cold in February, but that's not the norm (and there isn't any NFL home games in Feb).

Pretty bold to laud your passing attack when your QB hasn't been on the field in almost 2 seasons and your WRs keep leaving. Buffalo clearly has superior WR/TEs right now. Buffalo OL does need improvement, but they're not terrible either. None of this has to do with the original point, which was exaggerating the weather difference. Maybe the cold trend of this past winter becomes the norm, but that remains to be seen.
