How many commit crime to give their kids food?

Are you kidding? I want to see the current situation in the hood change; however, as an outsider, I can't change "the hood." People have to see the actual problem for themselves and then change it. We see people get out of bad situations all the time...from athletes, to musicians, to Dr. Carson, and even unheralded mothers who want their children's lives to improve.

Therein lies the problem.....Unless you are a proponent of changing our current system into a totally socialistic one (best case scenario) your words ring hollow in terms of "wanting to see the current situation change in the hood." Fact is, change has rarely come from within. Pick any cause and I'll show you a cause where that the change came from the outside. So, what's the worse case you ask? An Oligarchy where the very wealthy eliminates the need for a middle class and sends us back to pre-great depression era America (Rich or Poor).

BTW: The easiest thing in the world to do is eliminate any and all reasons why a good Christian, American can't be the catalyst for change. Truth is, eliminating what you're referring to as the "Hood" or significantly changing it bears a cost to every other hood specifically, raising the lower classes to equal that of the middle class or lowering the middle class to meet a rising lower class. I do have to take you at your word that you are very familiar with the US Caste system even though it's puzzling as hell why you continue to ask question that are answered by a cursory knowledge of the same. So, now I have to ask, ...what's the current situation in the hood?

You call it a Caste system...I know why you say that. I do not agree it is a Caste system. Huge difference.

Tell that Bullshit to the Native Americans. What you refer to as "the Hood" serves the exact same purpose as the reservations. Keep them in small controlled groups. Give just enough of them an opportunity to get out so as to make it seem possible and humane, but lets make sure we know where the majority can be found.

By any other name of your choosing it's the same thing...

Wanna know what makes it a caste system? Well it's not the differing classes, but what is not noted here, at the very top resides the 1% (multi- Billionaire class) a virtual unattainable class for all others, where once becoming a millionaire was the norm open to literally all. (still is)

BTW: looking at this chart you will note that the "hood" as you refer to it is represented by the lower two blocks.....and you want to change them to what again?

Keep this in mind as you answer.... as is life in these United States, one block supports the one above it, changing any one of them necessarily changes all others. I'm looking forward to your next response!

The Caste system gives little chance for mobility.

The reservations exist because Indians want to separate themselves, just like many blacks today want to separate themselves.

I don't care either way...if you want to be separate, be separate. If not, move and integrate.

Wait!! this is your response?? A caste system is defined by a ruling class that is virtually unattainable by any other class in the system. That's our multi Billionaire class who recently got a SC ruling that now makes corporations people too, and money as a unlimited resource in political campaigns. Yeah I want that too, wish me luck in getting it!

BTW: history doesn't appear to be a strong suit for you either, obvious* African Americans have been trying to integrate since emancipation only to be denied time after time after time. Check your DNA dude you might be surprised at what it reveals about you.

Apparently facts are not yours. I understand history. I understand actual facts. I think freely and take accountability for me. I also understand you are defending the choices of individuals by excusing behaviors because of circumstance and then expanding those circumstances to cover crime. Many blacks are starting to call for segregation. Like I said, I don't care either way. If blacks want to be segregated, go segregate. If blacks want to integrate, stop the inner city BS, and integrate.

I don't care if I am 90 % black...my choices are my own. The things I have, I have earned.

Alternative fact are NOT FACTS!! For example, an infant, based upon your "facts" born to a poor mother has a choice to not grow up receiving a less than stellar education, because its mother has a choice to send her child to Sidwell Friends ( that's where Presidential kids attend classes). This child has no disadvantages of birth because its mother has choices, not also born of the disadvantages of her birth. I assure you that NO-ONE wants to be in the "Hood" as you call it, being there is NOT a choice, but a necessity of the system. Where would this entire group go if they "decided" to leave? Oh never mind, it appears that sooner or later you'll be able to answer that question yourself!

Older people, married couples and black adults improved their income status more than other groups from 1971 to 2015

I think what is interesting is these "hood" crimes are also being done by people who are wealthy in suburban areas. Drugs, Theft, sexual assault....everyone is doing this -- it isn't limited to poor blacks that are potential athletes. But rich whites, NFL owners, etc. just as an example. So Gkekoa I probably understand how you come off as clueless, I don't understand how people who have the BEST circumstances in life commit the worst crimes against women, minorities, and children...because they know they have enough money to get away with it.
This too has to change, just like whites, blacks and latins in the hood who resort to crimes

I agree the wealthy can educate their children at better schools; however, I disagree it is all the school's fault that education is not as good in "the hood." The children have to want to learn.

If people want to leave "the hood," they are free to do so. Nobody is forcing them to stay there.

I am not sure the point of your graph. I wouldn't dispute that. If anything it proves my point of upward mobility.

Who was talking "hood crimes?" I am referring to crime in the "hood." Now I catch your condecention; however, the crimes you speak of occur at a higher rate in "the hood" than with the wealthy. So please keep it.

Cooley film breakdown on McCaffrey.

A+ Ball carrier vision

Best route runner in the draft, wr's included

Can make people miss on all three levels of the defense

Can have an Ezekiel Elliott type of impact, year one

He said he would absolutely take McCaffrey @17

Will rarely find a player of this caliber

Will put the ball on the ground

Will have trouble picking up blitzing linebackers

The threat of him releasing out of the backfield will freeze the defense.

Said he won't be there @17, but would seriously consider trading up for him

Said McCaffery is not a 3rd down back, he is an "every down, everything back."

Dynamic kick and punt returner

Will have a bunch of homeruns in the league.

He's going to breakdown Cook @10am.

Said he loves, loves, loves him.

Chris Cooley~ "He's my guy."

There aren't players like him - including Chris Thompson. I wouldn't use him as a workhorse, but most teams don't use their prime back as a workhorse anymore.

I've gotten to the point where I'd be OK with it, maybe even a little excited. Back in February I would have hated the pick. Cooley is usually pretty accurate once he does a.film breakdown. Can't wait till 10 to hear his on Cook.

Cooley just said he would take Reddick over McCaffrey, but thinks Reddick is going around 10 or 12.

He said by no means would he draft any of the d lineman over McCaffrey.

Said McCaffrey is better than Cook.

Cooley's comp for McCaffrey is B. Westbrook and said Cook's comp is C. Portis.

cooley put out a false story on SM sorry , he isnt "my "guy " any longer

as for CM if he isnt a work horse back that will help us get a better pass to run ratio i would take another back only because we dont need a high priced 3rd down back who is small and cant block

we need a back who is respected in the ground game and can tote it 20+ times for some balance . i dont CM getting 3rd and 4th short or running it in from the goal line

mixon is a way better choice . cooley is right about the lineman

@Stymietee @gkekoa @Skin'EmAll @skinsdad62

Guys, once again Im going to suggest we table the social discord conversation until at least after Mini Camps. Lets keep it to Football for now. Once we get to the real dead spot I will start a thread so we can Ta;lk about this in a rational manor. Even then Im going to ask that we refrain from polluting the football threads with social discussions.

You cool with that Skinsdad??
