Here are the initiatives:

1) Should we move from 5x5 to 6x6? If yes, we would add both OPS (on-base+slugging) and Holds as separate categories.

2) Should we change BA (Batting Average) to OBP (On base Percentage) to more accurately reflect a hitter's true value?

3) Should we use QS (Quality Starts) Instead of Wins as a pitching category?

4) Should we change the saves category to Saves + Holds to make more relievers relevant?


*Please note that if we decide to move to 6x6 initiative 4 (and maybe 2) will become irrelevant.

If I can I would like to vote for QS. The reason I am voting now is because we squashed the saves initiative. Now without the holds category I see the benefit in separating relievers and starters.

I really think 6x6 would have gained more traction had we offered QS as the 6th pitching cat, over holds. It's just that by itself, in a 5x5, it creates more problems than it solves.

No draft pick trades, sorry. You could negotiate the terms now, have your trade partner make the pick for you and then trade after the draft I suppose.
