It makes sense considering that is his style and their WR corp is not the best. If so, Herbert never played this style of football….I think this could suit him. More running game and defense. He isn’t Mahomes. He won’t have throw 50 times and maybe they win more games down the road. Gus and Dobbins doesn’t seem too reliable for a run heavy scheme but maybe it’s more balanced
