honestly, it hasnt been milk rules... just policing a league like this is not worth it... some owners are here just for the ride...

this league has always been that way... from the beginning we never set hard rules, because it didnt look like we were doing it until the last second...



earlier during the preseason, i tried to set the rules up for the future...

if we can fix the off-season, then the regular season is going to be easier too...
