Relax guys, no one said Talbot had some magic God given right to trash talk OV because he won a Cup. Someone called Talbot a "loser", someone else pointed out that this particular "loser" has won a Cup... and trust me, I remember all too well the role he played. Talbot has proven to be very very clutch in his two SCF appearences.

Yes, I was talking about the literal use of the word loser. That is, in fact, false. And pointing out he won a Stanley Cup does refute the term.

Whatever else you want to call him, feel free.

Anyone think there is a possibility that this whole thing could be somewhat staged to help promote the Winter Classic, as well as the rivaly in general. I don't think it was staged, but I definitely think he was joking around and being hyperbolic on purpose, not knowing the kind of attention it would receive.

I was perusing thoughts about this online and saw some...douche...actually wrote to Leonsis about it. Hahahaha.
