The initial punch was justified. If Bertuzzi had stopped with knocking him cold there is no discussion. Hockey has always had retaliation. Once he drove Moore unconscious face into the ice with his elbow in his neck he went far beyond acceptable. Even for hockey, Bertuzzi's career should have ended.

Ryan, OK I think he should lead the list. Bradford, again no one thinks he's good. Fitzpatrick is a journeyman quarterback that only starts out of lack of talent around him.
