He makes his decision at 4 PM/EST today. Hard to read through his interviews this past month of what he will do. Former USC QB Matt Lienhart tweeted barkley will stay.

Interesting decision this afternoon, could go along ways to predicting the 2012 PAC 12 and National title races.

the ONLY reason I think he might stay is because the guy has stayed through the worst of times at USC, when he could have left already. So I could see him returning because now his season might mean something and also he would be in talks for the heisman and also a potential first pick next year. The guy seems to be a very loyal USC fan/player so him staying would not surprise me.
