In latest legal filing, Maryland submits ACC-conducted market analysis
The document was paid for by the ACC, not Maryland.

It looks like something Dan Nero Beebe put together.
Somehow, the ACC claims Indiana but does not allow the other conferences to claim the overlapping states. Such as, Kentucky could be claimed by the B1G. Trust me, a lot of Ohio knows all about Kentucky. Not to mention, Illinois and Indiana border Kentucky.
It does sort of shoot holes in the theory if Maryland leaves the ACC is suffering since the already include Louisville in the analysis and tout the 19,2 million network deal.
Regardless, Maryland is in the B1G on July 1. The ACC will get around $20,000,000 minus what the ACC has held back from Maryland.
