Taylor played very well until he started pressing too much because he knew the receivers weren't going to catch anythign.

I hold nothing against Martinez. He will be a Heisman before he leaves Nebraska. He is an explosive freshman quarterback. I think Texas' defense took away the explosive leaving a freshman quarterback. The call to pull him was right and should of been done sooner but it was nothing against Martinez. It was all about what he was up against.

the play calling was really stupid too.. TX stuff the zone read up the middle every time.. so they continue to run it on first and 10 with little attempt to air it out, which was what was working..

Because Lee is fucking terrible managing a game........


It was very painful to see us use that time out after a INCOMPLETE pass..... Because LEE FUCKING SUCKS.........


It's the same shit as last year- Lee hardly ever gets the team up to the line of scrimmage in time....... the ball almost always gets' snapped with 3 or less seconds on the clock.....


This is not a issue with martinez......... so you can't tell me it's the coaches not getting the play in time......

I personally didn't agree at all with putting in Zac Lee at that point.........a lot of people seemed confused about the choice, but I knew instantly what the coaching staff was doing. "Trying to create a spark."

Well, we talk so much about executing and fundamentals...........and when it's all said and done that's all it fucking came down to.

As HH pointed out, Lee came in and ran the play clock down to 2 seconds EVERY play.........I was screaming at my TV telling him to hurry up. The timeout was ridiculous. And then finally Lee drives the team all the way down the field and actually delivers a perfect fucking strike to Brandon Kinnie.........and what happens?

He dropped it like he's never played the game of football before.

Fundamentals.......execution.........focus. Martinez did what he needed to do for Nebraska to win the game and I'm standing by that.

Lee was already inserted in the game dipshit and martinez was never put back on the field as another threat. That is my point!!!!

Lee did just fine.. He made the reads and moved the ball. Threw a dead on strike on 4th and 18.

Lee also locked on to Paul on 5 deep balls, and on one of them, he had Kyler Reed in the secondary by himself. woulda been the easiest TD we've had all year, but he threw to Paul who was tightly covered in the corner of the endzone.


I don't think Lee played poorly, but he was far from perfect and T-Magic is the answer going forward
