Interesting stat or two. Tomlin 63 career starts and only 2 CG. Also- Lefties bat .259 with a 3.81 ERA against him and Righties bat .281 with a 5.00 ERA. We batted 2 Righties and 7 Lefties. Doesn't Lloyd use stats?

Man Ackley has become unbearable to watch at the plate. I know I have brought him up many times but I cant help it. He is actually having his worst season which is insane. He is hitting .173 in June with a .277 SLG. Since April 20 he is actually still batting under .200 at .193. I would honestly rather see Gillespie get those ABs or anything else.

Yes I have been wanting him to shave that stupid thing forever. It should be rule that you need to hit at least .250 to have a beard like that. But what I have seen is he cant handle to pitch on the outside corner. Instead of taking it the other way he takes it for a strike or tries to pull it and grounds out to the right side.

How about that play by Seager a few innings ago? That was ridiculous that he was able to double off the runner at 1st who was barely off the base. He's getting some well deserved All Star consideration

As of right now Tanaka is probably the favorite simply because he's a Yankee. Felix has 2 more starts and I believe Tanaka does as well, so it will be interesting to see how things play out.
