Will be interesting to see how we play against a LHP tomorrow. Announcers were commenting on that one quite a bit.
And Seager sorry lol. Will get it right from now on.

A nice cap to a good day.
It's my birthday today.
Happy birthday bro.

Nice win. I liked the way they hit guys hard late in the game. It shows the ability to adjust which is something this team has seemed to lack for a long time. That Smoak HR was absolutely crushed, but I'd still like to see Seager at 4 and Smoak at 5. I'd also like to see Morrison less in general. That trade still just baffles me if they weren't planning on getting rid of Smoak.
Also, Ackley hitting .593 with 30 RBI career with the bases loaded then screams a bases clearing triple? I was surprised to see those kinds of numbers for him.
With the exception of Logan Morrison, I was impressed by this game. I'll sell my soul for a team that can score runs consistently.
it was a cool victory opening day but lets not forget who was pitching for us, its very possible these next 4 starts will be rough
Was it just my imagination or did "Country Joe" West was look a little thinner behind the plate tonight?
Yah, that's the problem with King Felix lol. Opening day Mariners fans are usually like, "WOOHOO ALRIGHT!" and with Iwakuma on day 2 it's like, "YEEES!" but Felix is just so good.
11 strikeouts through 6 innings? LOL, and Trout's HR was not what I call lucky... but Felix didn't serve him anything... sometimes sweeping those balls out of the strike zone for HRs can be a LITTLE luck.
Good win. Nice to see the offense help Felix out for once.
Can't expect to score 10 runs every game but it was nice to see everyone in the lineup be productive. Saunders and Morrison the only ones without hits but they were productive.
Lets see how this lefty heavy lineup can handle a lefty today.
