Sure but Jerry should look at both Kim’s with massive red flags if you want to win this year. One is out for the first few months and the other has played in the equivalent of AA.

And I know you hate the whole blocking thing, but Jerry seems to love to hang onto prospects and 3 of the top 15 play SS and if you count Williamson then one plays 3B.

Being out for a few months is right up Jerry's alley. He doesn't look for additions until July anyways. LOL!

I do hate it only because who are you blocking? A guy that has about a 5% chance of starting for you down the road?

I totally understand your view on blocking and for the most part I agree. You and I have talked numerous times on they have to trade at least 1 of 3 SS prospects. I’ve seen several different “experts” bringing up deals with Young, Montes, Emerson etc but if those guys were remotely available Vlad Jr would’ve been a Mariner at the deadline.

Which makes sense, if he doesn’t want to give up any of the top prospects, why when he went to the winter meetings trying to make a deal for prospects everyone ignored him. It’s like me walking into a BMW dealership with my pre approval of a $25k loan
