You can only look at contenders when it comes to Castillo. And problem with trading with teams who are cool with prospects only don’t have players the Mariners need.

With Castillo yes only contenders or deadline deal. Prospects can net you players from bad teams. There's a couple on the Nats that they could part ways with. Kind of look around to see what's out there.

Would love him, but zero chance as you know. But they still have a couple pieces I would take for Castillo. Still prefer Hoerner, but with Mariners you can't be choosy.
