"Signed a four-year, $7.80 million contract. The deal contains $6.24 million guaranteed, including a $3.99 million signing bonus. 2015: $774,505, 2016: $1,129,010, 2017: $889,515 (+ $594,000 roster bonus), 2018: Free Agent"

This guy is essentially already bought and paid for for the next couple of seasons. By all accounts, he is athletically talented, and has a great work ethic and attitude. Unless you found a willing trade partner, the prudent thing to do is coach him up and see if he can play.

Translation: he gets dealt tonight.

You wouldn't get value for him. They wanted him to get stronger, he has. He's been in this league for less than one year. He has plenty of career in front of him to show he was worth that pick.

Would be great if we now have a solid third option at OLB. Gotta give Howie props if it works out. We will get a feel for how Chip feels about him on when or if an OLB type is drafted.
