With March Madness right around the corner, figured I'd create thread for it for both Men's and Women's tournaments.
It's a shame Carolina got in, they didn't deserve an invite.
If I remember correctly isn't someone connected to Carolina on the committee that picked the teams? If so that guy needs to be replaced.
I thought I read that guy recused himself. Could be wrong though. I guess we'll find out soon enough if they were worthy.

Two guys on the committee explained the process of how North Carolina was selected. Sounded like weak sauce to me.

Maybe.
But I also have a hard time with people who say that a certain power conference team got screwed out of a spot.
Want a spot? Win more games. Simple as that.
68 team field, 30 some at large bids. Last team out isn’t likely making any noise anyway.

The Chair of the Committee is the AD at UNC. Also, nice little $104,000 bonus for making tourney. Now he wasn't in the room when they spoke about UNC nor did he vote for them but it isn't a good look for the committee.
Now in regards to UNC getting in... I called them getting in and I did fully expect them too
