I learned the trick for shows to come back... have them shot in Toronto or vancouver... not sure why more shows don't follow this formula?? Look at the crap shows that return

Zoo, Ransom, Every show on the syfy network... Etc....

That’s cause it’s cheaper than shooting in the us. Easier to justify the costs

I know why. Just saying it is amazing more shows don’t use this formula. I mean look at manifest. Does NY add anything to the story?? Why not guarantee yourself a season 2 or 3 by filming in Canada??

Zoo, was genius because season one was filmed in the us. Season 2 and 3 was in Vancouver. They realized they would not have lasted.

And smallville only lasted 10 years shooting in canada. I think most of the cw shows are shot there

I will not lose any sleep if this show is cancelled. Of the 3 “new” shows I am watching this year, I could not care less if any of them are cancelled (Manifest, Rookie and Passage).

I mean, I agree... But the cop "boyfriend" is pretty terribly written too... for similar reasons... and doesn't help the her case because of that...

he definitely did have probably cause to enter the apt

he's being a good bf and she is treating him like absolute shit.

but he definitely shouldn't have thrown it in her face that he blew up his life for her either.

The truth is Ben and the indian doctor are the only somewhat interesting characters.

yea, this season is not as interesting as last.. hopefully that changes... But I disagree totally about the BF...

He already was a believer in the callings, once that happens, doesn't your GF get the benefit of the doubt for crazy?? it was entirely jealousy, nothing more nothing less... and it just got worse after the shooting... Because it was his fault... and he just wouldn't admit it... and blamed it totally on the other guy... I mean, you see what the callings are, you are told that this guy is important for some reason... that should be enough... but once you bring jealousy into the picture, you are making it all about you...

With that said, one of the things that bothers me about this show is how the central cast ONLY cares about the callings... Nothing else...

The daughter, even though her character is boring, is the only character I feel for... I hope this true-believer story line goes someplace good... because I really want to like her character...
