Maher...wow

One of the things I was worried about going into this year was our kicker. Brett Maher came in clutch. 4/4, with field goals from 50 and 49...in addition to a couple touchbacks on kickoffs...that was impressive. good for him.

Hopefully if a game dictates, he'll get the chance to win a game or two with his leg. Remember how Henery wasn't given the chance in a couple of games last year because of horrid play calling.

Exactly what I was going to say. Thousands of people cannot punt that effectively. Yea those field goals were nice, but shit I am excited about the fact that we can control field position with this guy.
