Thought Jones could have been a good back up giving us 10-15 mins a night ala Jenkins, but I suppose with Douglas , an Nedo at the back up 1, there weren't any minutes available there.

Gary Neal is now hitting the free agent market. Not sure what his asking price is, but I think he may be slightly out of reach. I'd also like to inquire about Rodrigue Beaubois. He had flashes of brilliance but was hampered all of last year with injuries(including getting into Carlisle's doghouse). He could be a nice pickup.
