I got 1 confidence point on Wisky in this one. I think this is the perfect time for Wisky to beat LSU, in game 1, after losing a lot of talent, and breaking in a new QB. I guess the same can be said for Wisky, but sometimes you gotta go with the gut on these toss ups. In the middle of all these questions, two things we know are Fournette and Gordon....I'm giving the edge to Gordon at the moment, only because this is Fournette's first game.

But who knows, Wisky is from the B1G afterall.

I checked the lines and had to do a double take , Vegas has Wisconsin favored by 4-1/2 , that line seems strange.

I've followed the lines for decades and knew that sounded messed up. LSU is almost always favored at home. In fact if the game was at Wisconsin it probably would have been a pickem.

The Vegas lines are still screwed-up, with some showing LSU favored by 4.5 to 5, and some showing Wisconsin favored by 4.5 to 5.

I believe the game being at a neutral site is messing-up the Vegas line......because despite being neutral site, one team is still designated as the home team (the home team is generally listed on the bottom). However, I've seen betting lines with Wisconsin designated as the home team, and betting lines with LSU being designated as the home team...I believe this is what is leading to the confusion as to which team is really favored.

I wonder if you tie Les Miles to a fence post and come back about 10 hours later if there will be a circle of mowed grass like with horses.

Wisky -5.5 is the spread according to ESPN. I may bet on LSU, take the points and go big on the under which is 50.5.

I'm certain there would be, but I don't think the Les patties would be worth it.
