Yes that is kinda troubling to me. He stays in the HOF? Really diminishes the point of itI guess he keeps his HOF status though. Kinda like OJ Simpson is still able to vote for the Heisman Trophy candidates.

I think what Jonvi is trying to say is that his off-court stuff doesn't un-do all of his on-court stuff. You can make an argument that he's not a hall-of-fame coach IF he's not cheating every step pf the way, but you might have a hard time proving that.
But on the court, the guy is a beast.
