Incorrect, Cincy can still win it. They have 2 in conference games left and beat Louisville in head-2-head. Not like Cincy's a big step up, though.

And if Cincy goes 5-2, West Virginia could also win it by winning out. That would make all three teams 5-2 and in a circle of death (WVU beat Cincy who beat Louisville who beat West Virginia). Ranking would be the deciding factor, and West Virginia has the edge in that.
