7th best odds is a legit possibility with A) The way this team has been playing and B) The injuries keep piling up. If they can move into that 7th to 10 territory, I think the Lakers will have a reasonable chance at moving into the top 4 of the lotto draw. Either way, a top 10 pick is better for trade purposes.

Suns have won 5 of 7 including wins over the Bucks, Warriors and Lakers. I LIKE THAT. Hitting their stride with Booker fully healthy, Oubre killing it, and Ayton progressing on defense. Bridges is the best perimeter defender the Suns have had in a while... as a rookie. Wild times.

If they don't win the lottery I'm down for them to trade their pick to NOLA for Jrue.

Interesting developments: Dallas making a move towards keeping their pick (need to get to 5th), but would need a winning streak out of Atlanta to get there. Memphis, meanwhile, is making the opposite move to lose their pick to the Celtics (now 1.5 games out of 9th), especially when you figure the Lakers are earmarked for a top 3 pick (ha ha). West lottery teams have stabilized, but the East has the Hornets and Magic within striking distance of the Heat.
