I think he'll coach for a few years (3-4) and maybe get us in the playoffs but to get to the next level (really competing for a title) we'll need somebody else. But, he'll get us to a position where another elite coach will want to come to the Raiders. He's good but has made a few weird decisions......but I love his gamber Jack mentality.
