I hate how they talk about CompuBox like it is actually accurate

Impossible to be accurate just watching and counting punches landed in real time.

I could see it being close to accurate with punches thrown.

I had Lopez 1-7 and 12 . Loma 8-11

115-113 and 116-112 were the obvious scores.

Loma clearly won 8-11 which gives him at least 4 rounds. Don't see how you score that fight 117-111 and 119-109 if you're a judge.

That was just horrible but better than picking the wrong fighter I guess

I gotta agree with @rmilia1 as well with the way they get him to start slow all the time. He needs a better trainer.

Loma did slightly more in the 2nd, IMO.
Neither did much . I gave it to Lopez based on more punches thrown and landed but Loma landed the only hard punch. He just only landed 2 the while rd. I struggle giving a guy a rd when he throws 8 punches and lands 2 lol

I was thinking there was a good chance we'd see one judge with 114-114.

He won ring generalship and defense categories that round. LOL.

At least we get some decent fights to end the year.

Got about 4-5 good fights left from now until early December

OMG, how did CompuBox fool everybody? Tessitore citing it like it's completely accurate.

I admit that CompuBox fooled me, too. I thought it was some high technology counting punches thrown and landed, but it's really two guys (one assigned to each fighter) pressing buttons.

Ultimately I think we get a rematch soon and Loma wins easily if he gets his head out of his ass. This was strictly a bad fight strategy loss not anything else.

You for real? They could totally mess up the #s if that's the case. I'm sure it is fairly accurate but there is room for error

Conditioning as well. Did not look in the best shape if I'm to be honest.

That is absolutely what it is. One guy watches one fighter. The other guy watches the other fighter. I think the punches thrown can be fairly accurate, but I honestly don't know how the punches landed stat can be very accurate watching live in real time. I've read that some people have watched fights in slow motion to count landed punches, and they found that CompuBox is highly inaccurate.

That slow start in the 1st half basically cost Lomachenko.
