The 2nd dubious hands to the face call did end the game...but it's not as if GB wasn't very likely to win even without the call. A 38 yard FG with 1:40 remaining. Unlikely Det shows enough life to go down and kick a FG.

I wouldn't say Crosby would have made it. He has problems kicking versus the Lions. With that said, fg attempt and Lions atleast get a chance to get points but officials didn't allow that to happen

Well I did only watch the fourth quarter and all I saw was Detroit getting screwed.

It's GB officiating at it's finest I remember a playoff game where they robbed Dez Bryant and the Cowboys a few years back.

I watched the whole game like most people on this forum and witnessed the refs giving the Packers the biggest handjob in NFL history.

Yep but even if he does make it. Much different in getting the ball back with 90 seconds or so just needing to get to the opponent 40 or so to try a game winning fg and not getting the ball back.

The refs gifted Aaron Rodgers an addition 10-20 plays for the offense EASILY.
Especially the first hands to the face on the sack/turnover for the free 7 points in the 4th.

Wouldn't exactly call it getting owned all game. Despite the shitty reffing, lest not forget the sure 2 TD passes that were dropped resulting in 6 points as opposed to 14.

Not making excuses for the horseshoes up the Packers collective asses but the Lions had plenty of opportunities in the red zone and could only kick FG's.

Agreed that Lions would have had a chance, but it's probably <20% with 0 timeouts.

So, a clear catch and fumble by the Lions which was a 1st down was reversed to an incompletion.

and two phantom defensive illegal use of hands plays extends drives for the Packers and gives them the victory.

I think they got that call right, now the two hands to the face that saved GB twice and the OBVIOUS missed DPI on Detroit's 3rd down fucked the Lions.

Yeah, GB out played Detroit tonight but the Packers were definitely lucky due to the ref's bailing them out on quite a few calls... No question...

You guys got gifted an additional 15-20 free plays courtesy of the refs. Those plays would of went to the Lions which would of let Stafford get more chances to attack.

Stafford has done it many times before and Prater is good from 60. Even a minute is plenty of time. It wasn't as obviously game-changing as the 1st bad hands to the face. But it's hardly a longshot for the Lions to go 40 yards in a minute+ and kick the winner.
