why wasnt pettigrew ejected there? I thought justin smith did something similar in the chargers game a while back and got ejected for it.

I thought contact with a ref was automatic rejection, but I still see Pettigrew in the game. It the same thing Justin Smith did last season. Maybe the rule was changed. Can anyone clarify why Pettigrew is still playing?
