To bad this play wasn't blocked correctly. Scherff and Harmon block the same guy. And if you know Scherff is pulling on this run play, wouldn't you follow him? What is AP doing? WTF after 11 weeks is BC doing with his oline?
Cannot wait to see a competent coaching staff in here hopefully next year. These kind of mistakes shouldn't be happening after a full off season, preseason and 11 active weeks.

My thoughts Sunday watching the game. Moreau looked very fluid at outside corner. Something to watch as the season plays out. Also note that the team did not have the dreaded miscommunication plays. :thumb: Was a nice win primarily by the D and ST.

The offense also did enough to win, good team win!

Yeah, that is true in some ways. How many more games do you think that offense will win without 3 TOs and a special teams TD? It is a team game though. I won't argue that point. Now if you said the offense almost did enough to win except for the missed TD passes I would agree. It would have been a blowout.

Thiesman on Haskins selfie

Not to defend Haskins because he should have been aware of the circumstance an acted accordingly. That said, where's the equal scrutiny that should have both explained why Haskins thought the game to be over, and outlined why the head coach, with one timeout, left 20 seconds on the clock? They had just gotten a first down and could have run the clock down to the few seconds that would have run off as the ball was on its way.

In effect , Dwayne had the proper reaction, under "normal" circumstances, but his head coach with his failure to properly manage the clock, made that "selfie" moment the talk of the league.

You are being too defensive. It was a mistake, he probably won't make it again. End of story unless he makes it again.

The clock management was discussed by many also. It doesn't get as many clicks/views as "hey the QB missed a play."
