I would not trade up for Tunsil, but I agree it is a viable option if he drops that far. I just would not want to do it.

I am also wondering if we are eyeing Kendall Fuller now that is will drop out of the first round. I would love to see him drop out of the second too. We are thin with legitimate CBs and need more talent. I still think Crezdon Butler could step up if Austin works on his discipline. The lightbulb seems to switch on for him last year before he got hurt.

Lawson or Spriggs most likely. Ragland wont last that long now with issues to Smith and Jacks. DTs are not as pressing with the recent FA signings. We are thin at DE because we let them all go. Think we have 3 on the roster now. Not that we couldnt resign Tapp or Wooton, but we need to add another young guy with potential.

If we take a C in round 1, I'm off the Bob Quinn bandwagon.

You were on? :noidea:

Ya. I love all the firings. It's mind blowing to see how many of Ford's buddies had been here 10,15,20 years....all those losing seasons and no one behind the scenes was ever held accountable until BQ arrived. Also Love firing the shitty strength coach and getting a new weight room.

But if he takes a C in round 1, I'll start asking questions. We need defense.

I think Spriggs is the only offensive guy in play for us besides Conklin. Shaq Lawson should be the pick though. One of the backup DEs (Hyder) is practice squad material. We only have Gillberry as a backup and the 2 starters. Possibly Raggie Ragland if he drops that far given all the injuries to the LBs. Myles Jack an outside chance too.

We should have our pick at a day 1 starting DT.

Yup, that is looking like more of a possibility. Jack's injury is not looking that bad so he will go top 10, maybe even top 5 if a team wants to roll the dice. Ragland probably goes top 15 easy and maybe top 10 so the LB position will be weak after that. Both our starters at DT could be gone after next year so it would not be a bad idea. I think Jarran Reed may still be there too. I would still prefer an end especially since we have 2 reasonable backups in Thorton and Reid.

Trading Down with Denver would be cool. Would rather not do a trade with Cleveland since we would lose the 5th year option unless they give us a really nice deal. Moving from 16 to 31 should net us their 2nd and 3rd or something close.
