Now that J. Smith and Hargraves, Jalen Ramsey are out of the mix at #16.
I'm leaning towards Reggie Ragland to replace Tulloch.
A'shawn Robinson to replace Ngata.
As a possible darkhorse....... Ezekiel Elliot to replace Bell and AA.
Tunsil the early favorite to go #1

Baylor junior DT Andrew Billings declared for the 2016 NFL Draft.
Billings released a statement, available at the link below. The All-American won Big 12 Defensive Lineman of the Year honors after logging 15 TFL and 5.5 sacks this season. While his draft grade hasn't been released, Billings previously stated that he wouldn't leave early unless the NFL gave him a first-round grade. We'd guess he got just that. The 6-foot-1, 310-pounder is a physical force. Back in high school, he shattered a series of Texas strength records (benching 500 pounds, squatting 805 and deadlifting 705). An NFL executive, speaking to NFL.com, compared Billings to Aaron Donald in the fall, while Kansas HC David Beaty said Billings is the best DL he's seen since Ndamukong Suh. In Josh Norris' first mock draft, he slotted Billings No. 28 to the Bengals.
