My advertising buddies at Quicken said our deal w the Lions is for 5 years, obviously not per game like you foolishly guessed. I already told you that.

We're still waiting for you to post in the celebrity look a like thread, Fred. Hurry up.

I love that you even make up a company for them to work at. At least your "buddies" have a job -- you should ask if they are hiring.

We can't all be wiggers on the bowling alley Golden Tee tour. Maybe i'd have more friends like Mike if I joined?

Wigger? Now there is a term I haven't heard used in 20+ years. If you got out of house more, you'd realize it isn't the 1990's anymore. :L

If you'd like a job -- I can hire you to do collections for me. How are "your friends" at simple math? I must warn you, you will have to leave your computer to do this though.

The wigger doesn't even know he's a wigger. Classic.

And don't talk about jobs. Your gambling addictions cost you your career at Chrysler. Now you sit in bowling alleys all week playing Golden Tee trying to win a couple hundred bucks. You're a bum, Demko.

:pound::pound::pound: If you only knew how funny this actually is. :pound::pound::pound:

Pathological liar. I'm not surprised.

Unlike your "advertising buddies" -- Demko is a real person, just not the person you are talking to -- though I am good friends with him. Hence the reason you made me laugh posting that.

Miami was just what Frank Gore ordered. His season long run was only 25 yards, but not anymore. He scored from 37 yards out and added another 11 yarder. Of course, you can't blame Miami -- they had to respect the pass game with Hasselback and Charlie Whitehurst at QB:L

Miami's GM needs to be fired.:suds:

Tannebaum isn't the problem. It's Ross. Tannebaum wanted to hire Dan Quinn and Ross decided to keep Philbin. We see how that worked out.

I never liked Miami anyways. Truthfully, I was praying for him to go to the Redskins (if Mayhew was gonna let him go).

I can't blame Ross. He is a Michigan man. So I'm blaming Tannebaum.

Wish I could agree. I love Landry and Parker at WR. Great picks. Lamar Miller looks great too. Tannehill can't do shit with those three. He's just another Big 12 QB bust.

You don't think the board knows this. I know you only put it on there to troll the board, which is why I started commenting about them. I couldn't care less about Miami or Suh. Detroit and Miami are both dumpster fires.

I truly thought they'd be a 10-6 team. I just wasn't pumped when he went there. I'd prefer he went a few different places. But I'll always be a Suh fan, thankful for temporarily turning us around. He will always be my favorite ex Lion.

I can't blame Ross. He is a Michigan man. So I'm blaming Tannebaum.

Another Ross story. If true, ouch.

The Dolphins were reportedly high on Wisconsin coach Bret Bielema before hiring Joe Philbin in 2012, but the sides disagreed on whether Russell Wilson could be an NFL starter.

Per ace beat writer Armando Salguero, Ross was high on Bielema for the head-coaching job, but Bielema and the personnel department led by ex-GM Jeff Ireland hit a wall when Bielema suggested the Dolphins draft Wilson in the second round. Bielema allegedly even promised the Dolphins a Super Bowl within five years if they took Wilson, who was Bielema's quarterback at Wisconsin. "They all looked at me like, 'You can't say that.," Bielema said. "That's the difference between college and pro. He's undersized. He can't throw.' I was like, 'OK, all right,' and I honestly, that day, kind of pulled myself out of it." Ross ultimately convinced Ireland to draft Ryan Tannehill with the No. 8 overall pick. Wilson went to Seattle in the third round. Jan 30 - 12:10 PM

@RobBase

Bad if it was true, yes. Does it mean you get the same results? Not as in SBs, but just a better QB? Do the Browns become a playoff team with RW?

Prob not the Browns. No one succeeds there. But I see vast differences in Miami with a Matt Ryan or Russell Wilson. I've been screaming that all Big 12 QBs bust in the NFL, and unfortunately, Tannehill is helping keep that streak alive despite earning that second contract.

Chip Kelly has done a nice job reinventing Bradford, a complete B12 bust prior to.

Not that I'm curious enough to read the whole thread, but who is ahead in this wager and why? I don't need a raging thirty six additional pages of fluff entries, just one from each of the two vying this wager as to who is in the lead going into week 17 and why.

Thanks in advance...

.... or did I just throw gasoline on the fire?

Bet was too vague. It was better running defense. So instead of having a clear stat as the final decision there is 36 pages of arguments.

Trustme wants is because Lions allow fewer yards per game, Rob wants it because Dolphins have allowed fewer TD's.

At his point the bet is pointless, both teams suck. It is like an argument about who's shit smells worse. They both smell bad and you are standing around smelling shit. There are no winners.
