I wish the best for Leyland in retirement, and the Tigers wouldn't be where they are today without him. But it is time for a change.

Pretty much how I feel. I always loved him and would be just fine if he returned for another season, but my heart of hearts says it's time for him and the team to go their separate ways. We'll be lucky if our next manager is half the man and pro Jim was.
