They decided after the 2013 season that they wouldn't be adding any substantial amount of payroll through this past offseason. Maybe that will change next offseason.Ok guys, I tried to read and catch a story or two in the off season. Obviously Yu going down was the whopper. Knew Perez wouldn't be ready until mid season or so, but tell me this, why didn't they try for some major pitching talent? No money, no one interested in coming here?
