It seems like every time that jaar or Nightcrawler post one of their doomsday predictions, the Rangers somehow sense it and reply by doing well. Nightcrawler bags on Mitch, Mitch goes on a tear. Jaar predicts a sweep to Toronto and losses to Baltimore and they win 4 of the next 5. Nightcrawler says the Astros will likely win and they lose. Then he says we'll fall to the Padres and fall out of the Wild Card lead soon and they take the lead 8-4.

Christ. We just can't get that guy.

Because they keep feeding him high pitches. All 3 of his hits have come on strikes in the upper half of the zone. Yet he has swung and missed multiple times at lower pitches.
