I think the NHLPA needs all the information and allow the players to make the decision. It's their sport, it's their health.

If people are truly concerned about the players health (short and long term) they should want sports to be non contact.

What's your point about the helmets? that the majority of the players were already wearing helmets by the time it was mandated... seems to me like the players made the decision before the league stepped in to make what was already becoming standard practice official.
