Your TEAM is never going to win titles when your PG is the primary offensive weapon. It just wont' happen, unless every other player on the roster can get their own shot. Your PG needs to be a facilitator FIRST, and a scorer second. If Rose is a SG, then you have a better chance.

You can't win longterm with a PG that doesn't pass or get teammates involved.
