"There is sentiment within FLA organization that Marlins would be better off trading Hanley Ramirez--but also perception that Loria loves him"

How long until the dumbasses start demanding that Sabean sell off Belt Wheeler and Bumgarner to make this happen?

I just think that these two players need to play a lot better in the second half on the offensive side:

1.) Huff
2.) Torres

They both were vitally important to last years team and they've both been big disappointments so far this season. They both seem to be to "pull happy" this season. So many times in account leverage situations, they are rolling over on pitches and grounding out weakly to second or first. I don't know if it's because they are too power hungry or if it's because they're being pitched differently from last year, or both. Needless to say though, they need to turn it around. I think it would be unwise to ask anymore from Tejada, Whiteside, Stewart or Crawford. They are who we think they are imhumbleo.

As of now though, unless Boch and Sabes think that it would hurt Crawford's development/confidence at the plate by playing him, the Giants NEED his defense in the field since Tejada sucks donkey dong.

EDIT: As for trades, I'm not really sure what the Giants should do or who they should target. I do know what they shouldn't do though and that's give up Wheeler or Belt. The Giants just won the W.S. on the back of a lot of homegrown talent (Timmay, Cain, Sanchez, Bumgarner, Posey and Sandoval). Why abandon that recipe for success unless it's a no-brainer? And yes, I know you guys were being facetious and not advocating for either of those trades for Reyes or Hanley.

Very nice post. If Huff and Torres don't contribute, then throw in the Posey and Sanchez injuries and it's just not going to be our year. Shows why it's so hard to repeat as WS champs.

Thanks man, much appreciated. Also, I agree, it was hard enough just winning the first one, yet alone a repeat.

We were 41-40 last year to begin the season, so I'm just going to keep on hoping that something happens to right the ship so that we have a chance for another 'ship. Who will be our Buster Posey this year? I'd love to get Reyes, but giving up Belt and Wheeler would be too much.

This was NOT meant to be a thread for people with logic to have an intelligent discussion!!!! I want to freak out about Hanley Ramirez and then sit in my own feces until the trade deadline...can't you guys just let me have that????

EDIT: Also I'm still holding out hope that one of Belt or Panda can be the Posey of this year.
