I'm assuming Green Head's post was directed towards the title of this thread, not the comment from Los Eagles.
That would be correct, I should have specified! However you understood :D

I was curious whether anyone commented on how DeMarco's contract was structured:

Murray will receive $18 million fully guaranteed, including his 2015 and 2016 base salary. An additional $3 million of his 2017 base salary will become fully guaranteed on the third day of the 2017 league year. Murray received a $5 million signing bonus.
Over the first four years of the deal, Murray has salary escalators in his contract. From 2015 to 2018, if he reaches 1,250 rushing yards in a season his salary increases by $250,000. From 2015 to 2018, if he reaches 1,450 yards in a season his salary increases by $500,000. In 2014 with the Cowboys, Murray broke Emmitt Smith’s season club record for rushing yards with 1,845 (it’s the only time he’s topped 1,250 yards in a season in the NFL).
In 2015, Murray’s base salary is only $1 million and his salary cap hit is only $5 million. He’s due a $3 million roster bonus.
In 2016, Murray’s base salary jumps to $7 million and his salary cap hit climbs to $8 million.
In each of 2017, 2018 and 2019, Murray’s base salary is $7.5 million and his salary cap hit is $9 million. In each of those years he’s also due a $500,000 roster bonus.
