Lester gets first loss, Yanks win in 10, Gronks arm is infection free.

Ellsbury has 8 hits in his last 62 at bats. Worthless alpaca fucker.

Heard an interesting take on this the other day from Tony Maz... He's wondering if the most important thing for Ellsbury in this contract year is not to put up big numbers, but prove he's healthy and can play another full season. Because Ellsbury isn't swinging the bat with any authority at all...

After the contract the Braves gave BJ Upton after he had four straight seasons of hitting .246 or worse...

SOMEONE is going to pay Ellsbury after this year even if he sucks balls.

Just a theory, but I thought it was an interesting take.

I want him gone, but not sure who they would replace him with

He preaches defense and this grind it out hockey. It's no coincidence this team hasn't been able to score since his arrival

I'm not a Ranger fan, I just hear Torts on his interviews. He sounds like a players' coach.

I won't even get into the proclamation by down that the Yankees have an awful bullpen outside of mo and robertson

I love how you replied to your own post there...

I suspect BJ Upton wouldn't have gotten that contract if in the course of showing he could stay healthy, his OPS+ wasn't on the wrong side of 80

First question : Do the Sox make him a qualifying offer to get the draft pick?

I suspect it won't be by the time all is said and done this year.

I have no idea how these things work, but would he even be a type A?

He missed most of last season and has been miserable so far this season

How much does his 2011 season effect his FA type?
