I like my new house dont get me wrong. I dont have to pay PMI, We're putting over 60K down paying it off in 15 years @ 2.75. Everything is costing me 1800 and change a month. But we'll probably pay 2 and change. The difference is that I dont like, the pool at the new house is above ground.
