I agree with some of your point, but you're talking about "MIDTERM ELECTIONS"...I don't even know they're ongoing a majority of the time...I'm sure they probably effect me personally more than the President does, I just always seem to be lagging behind with their politics...

But the drop in B_Lake voters was far greater. In fact, it fell pretty much in line with every other election that doesn't have Obama at the top of the ticket
