Sometimes a lot of warning. Sometimes not.

They have Tornado watches well before anything happens. But sometimes Isolated storms can pop up real quick without much warning other.

Weather Conditions that breed Tornado's have perdicabilty, but not so much where those Isolated storms pop up some of the time.

F3? That is some weak shit. That is nothing out here. In the Midwest/MO we have tornadoes so strong we have to create new categories.

Ive been reminded a ton lately that PA is the greatest state ever ... we never have any of these bullshit problems. A blizzard once in awhile but obviously handled better than MA... a hurricane once in awhile but obviously handled better than NYC
