Because that's wrestling, if a guy wants a rematch he usually gets if if it's a heel champion.

Yeah, except that the match was announced before Reigns even appeared on Raw. So when did he ask for it???

Exactly. He even stated something to this effect on Raw, about he was already scheduled for a match against Lesnar at the great RR, even though he hasn't asked for a rematch.

If he was that injured though, how would he be ready for a quick rematch???

Along that theme he's a slightly different idea. Reigns was originally supposed to go over but Vince changed it last minute or during WM weekend and the rematch in Saudi was already planned. Or they didn't decide til last minute who would win and they had the rematch in Saudi already planned just in case they decided to put Reigns over.

Looks like they changed the plan during the week to have Reigns lose, as they decided that crowds haven't warmed up to him as much as they would've liked (so they didn't want him booed at Mania as winner).
